In line with the ISO 14001 standard, the Environmental Management System aims to protect the environment. This system allows us to continuously improve environmental performance, prevent and minimize risks, comply with legal requirements and other relevant requirements that apply to our activity, and achieve the objectives in this sphere.
Food Safety Management System: ISO 22000
Miguel Torres' Food Safety Management System is in line with ISO 22000 and aims to meet our customers' expectations and needs by guaranteeing the food safety of our products at all times.
Occupational Risk Prevention Management System (ORPMS)
Miguel Torres S.A. attaches the highest importance to all aspects related to the health and safety of its partners and is committed to accident prevention and compliance with the regulations on occupational risk prevention. Our goal is to achieve ZERO ACCIDENTS.

Information Security Management System: ISO 27001
Miguel Torres S.A. has had an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in place since 2007, as per the ISO 27001 standard.
This system – developed to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information to carry out its business activities – was rolled out to all Familia Torres companies in Spain in 2011.
Management consider information security a fundamental aspect to secure customers’ trust and maintain an ongoing commitment to continuously improve the ISMS.
