Mauricio Wiesenthal is a wise man. A term currently detracted from, the writer, oenologist, man of science and humanist, in short, a Renaissance man, embodies like no other these days the unusual figure of a multidisciplinary scholar, a "rara avis" in danger of extinction. His opening speech for the Harvest Festival of Sitges has come into our possession.
