The Workshop

Where do I start?

At the beginning! We suggest you start by watching the basic level videos. When you feel ready, you can take a test to check what you have learned. If you're already familiar with the topic, we recommend you continue with the next level.

Remember you can write your own tasting notes at any time.

How can I go up a level?

When you pass a test with a score of 6 or more, you will receive a certificate confirming that you have passed the corresponding level.

Can I repeat a test?

Yes. You can try to improve your score as often as you want. But you will only receive your certificate the first time you pass.

How can I carry out a wine tasting?

In The Workshop, click on "My tastings" and afterwards on "Carry out a tasting". Fill in all the fields (don't forget the barcode) and remember to save the changes when you finish. If our experts consider your tasting to be correct, this will be marked with the Club Torres seal of approval.

Can all club members see my tastings?

Until they've been approved by our experts, only you can see your tastings. Other members can see which wine you have provided tasting notes for but they can't see the notes themselves.

The community

What's the difference between a public profile and a private profile?

When you choose the Public Profile option, your public activity will be seen in The Community. So we can all know how other Club Torres members are getting on.

Public activity includes:

  • What you post on The Community wall
  • Your tests
  • The wines you've tasted
  • The videos you've seen
  • Your comments on the videos

Can everyone see my activity?

Only if you mark the "Public Profile" option in My Profile.

What's a group? What's it for?

Groups are a way of filtering the information that appears on The Community wall. Imagine I'm a fan of Barcelona and I love white wine. I can create or join a "Barcelona" group or a group for "White wine lovers".  In this way, I can choose to see only the activity of this group.

The Club

Where are the old Torres Confidential?

Once they disappear from the section, the secrets of Torres Confidential cannot be consulted again. They're secret!

Can I download the "Where to Buy" application if I don't have an iPhone or iPad?

No. At the moment this application is only available for iPhone and iPad.

I want to download the Club Torres Magazine. How can I do it?

If you want to download the magazine onto your computer, just access the Download section within The Club and choose the language you want the magazine in. 

About Club Torres

I still haven't received an email confirmation my registration. What should I do?

First check that the email is not in your spam email folder. 

If that isn't the problem, contact our help department at info@clubtorres.com.

Can I see Club Torres with any browser?

Yes. Providing you use an updated version.

My profile

I can't access My Profile.

Remember you must have logged on with your email address and password to access your profile details.

How can I change my profile data?

All the data regarding your profile and account are contained in the My Profile section, always accessible from any page of clubtorres.com. Remember to save the changes every time you edit your details.

Can I change my user email? How?

You can always edit your account details via the My Profile section.

I don't remember my password. How can I get it?

Go to the Club Torres home page, enter your email address and click on "I've forgotten my password". You'll soon receive an email with the instructions to restore your password.

What's the difference between a public profile and a private profile?

What do I have to do so that no-one can see my profile or activity?

In My Profile, tick the "Anonymous Profile" box. That way, no user will be able to see your profile and your activity won't be posted on The Community wall. 

How can I change my password?

Once you have logged on, go to My Profile, enter your email address and the new password and click on "save". You will receive an email confirming your new password.

I don't live in Spain. Can I join Club Torres?

Yes. Anyone can join Club Torres. The only difference is that some promotions will occasionally be reserved for residents in Spain.

How can I eliminate my account?

Once you have logged on, go to the My Profile section. At the bottom you will find a button to remove your account permanently.

How can I add a profile photo? Can I change it?

In the My Profile section, click on "Select file". A window will open to select the image from your folders. Once selected, click on Accept and that's that.

  • At Club Torres we treat everyone with friendliness and respect.
  • Remember your profile is your identity. Everything you write under this name is your responsibility.
  • You must be over 18 to be a member of the club.
  • Avoid obscene, racist or offensive language.
  • Spam is not welcome at Club Torres. Whenever it's not suitable, do not use The Community wall to post unrequested publicity or promotions or to redirect traffic to your website.
  • Avoid posting private information on the wall, such as your phone number, your bank account details, your address or private conversations.
